Canada: Standard: 5-7 business days

Canada (Xpress Post/ Priority) : 2-4 business days

We offer two shipping services for Canada . 

1.Expedited (5-7 business days) 

2. Xpress (2-4 business days)

NOTE:  Standard shipping is free when you spend $129.99 CAD or more, after promotions have been applied. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to receive and process your order. You’ll see the total cost of your order (taxes, and shipping) during checkout. 

Here’s how it works: you order, we process, then we ship.

Processing takes 1 to 4 business days (and orders placed after 3PM EST are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

Not to worry! ! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to scan and register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via . We can give you the inside info and assist you further. 

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email However, make sure to email us right away, we may ship your package within 24hrs and once shipped you must contact the shipping company directly so they can change it in their system.

No. HD Muscle Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. 

HD Muscle Inc. is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. In the case this happens and you chose to buy ROUTE packing and shipping insurance at checkout, please contact Route directly. They will be able to help you further.

It is important to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return and Exchanges Questions

We are sorry you did not love HD Muscle. Please reach out to with your order number and products you would like to return. 

Refunds/Exchanges must be completed within 14 days of purchase. All sale items are final sale.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened / unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds are issued once the returned package has arrived at our facility and inspected. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment didn’t go through: Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system.

If a product you are interested in is not available in your country, know we are working tirelessly to ensure it becomes available to you. 

Cancellation Questions

What changed your mind? Let us know and email If you decided to cancel your order after it has been shipped out, we unfortunately cannot process it. However we will help find an alternative solution. 

Unfortunately, we cannot add more items to your order and charge your credit card. We will have to cancel the order and issue a full refund so you start from scratch and get all you needed! Another option is to place a separate brand new order. We’re only able to guarantee the authenticity of products purchased on HD Muscle websites directly (.ca, .com, .eu, .au). 

However, if you purchase our products through a supplement store that carries HD Muscle , we are not able to process returns or exchanges or otherwise assist with orders not placed directly through HD Muscle website.

All HD Muscle product are vegan, with ProHD Isolate being the one exception. All products are not certified vegan, but they do not contain any animal ingredients or derivatives. However, they are manufactured in a facility that handles non-vegan products.
